Cleveland Police Find Escaped Psychiatric Patient
Yancy Davis, 29, ran out of the St. Vincent Charity Psychiatric Unit around midnight on Tuesday.
UPDATE: Davis has been located by police.
CLEVELAND — Police are asking the public for help finding Yancy Davis, a 29-year-old Cleveland man that left the St. Vincent Charity Psychiatric Unit and hasn't been seen since.
Davis, who is battling multiple mental health issues, left the unit at about midnight on Tuesday. He pushed a student visiting the facility into another person and then ran through an open door, according to witnesses. He was last seen wearing a hospital gown and blue pants.

After running out of St. Vincent, Davis went to a nearby men's shelter, checked in, got an RTA bus pass, and then left at approximately 1 a.m., police discovered.
Davis is a black man, standing about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 216 pounds. He has a thick beard.
