Cleveland Police Vehicle Auction On Saturday

Looking for a new vehicle? This could be your chance. The department is hosting a cash-only vehicle auction on April 29.

CLEVELAND, OH - The Cleveland Division of Police is auctioning off some vehicles on Saturday. The auction will be held at 4300 Bradley Road and bidding will start at 9 a.m.

You can arrive early and begin viewing vehicles at 8 a.m., police say. All vehicles will be sold "as is" and can be paid for with cash only. A 10 percent down payment, in cash, is necessary to hold a vehicle on the day of the auction.

If you purchase a vehicle, while a down payment will be accepted on Saturday, the vehicle must be paid for in full by May 6. A vehicle cannot be removed from the lot until it is paid for in full.

"After the vehicle is paid in full, you will receive a receipt stamped “Paid in Full”, bring the receipt to Lot 2, 4300 Bradley Road between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. You will then receive the title. The title must then be taken to the Title Bureau and transferred to the new owner’s name. Take the new title to Lot 2 in order to obtain possession of the vehicle," police say on their blog.
