Here are the top stories today in Cleveland:
- Four Cleveland State players reached double figures in scoring, led by Jayson Woodrich's career-high 14, as the Vikings extended their winning streak to four games on Saturday with an 89-47 drubbing of Penn State Behrend. Yahel Hill tied his career-best with 13 off the bench for CSU, while starters Deante Johnson and D'Moi Hodge chipped in 11 apiece. Woodrich also grabbed a team-high eight rebounds and dished out three assists. (cleveland.com)
- Six adults were displaced from a two-and-a-half-story house after a heavy blaze struck their home Friday morning in Cleveland's Mount Pleasant neighborhood. Local firefighters responded to 2987 East 128th St. shortly before 7:30 a.m., entered the building looking for victims, and battled heavy flames. The Red Cross was contacted to help the six adults affected; no one was killed in the fire. (Cleveland 19 News)
- A new park, bike trails, and apartments are slated to come to an open field along Lake Erie in downtown Cleveland. (News 5 Cleveland)
- The Ohio Department of Aging is seeking input from Ohioans with dementia as well as their caregivers; two listening sessions will be held, the first in Cleveland. (Yahoo News)
