Clevelander Shot To Death On July 3
Callers weren't sure if they heard fireworks or gunshots.

CLEVELAND, OH — Callers said there had possibly been shots fired, or fireworks, at about 2:50 a.m. on July 3. The callers said the noise came from the area of E. 106th and Crestwood.
When officers arrived they found a gray Audi parked in front of a home on Crestwood. The engine was running and the lights were on in the vehicle. Police could see a man slumped over in the front seat.
The man had multiple gunshot wounds, police said. Officers gave the man first aid until EMS arrived. But when EMS got there they pronounced the man dead on the scene.

Members of the Cleveland Homicide Unit and the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office were called to the scene. No witnesses were located.
