Coroanvirus Restrictions Lifted: Day Cares, Banquet Halls Reopen
Ohio continued its gradual reopening of the economy on Monday.
COLUMBUS, OH — Ohio continued its gradual reopening of the economy on June 1, with day cares and day camps welcoming children again. Banquet halls and catering centers were also allowed to resume business on Monday.
Day cares were actually able to reopen on Sunday, May 31. New guidelines have been implemented at all reopened facilities, allowing fewer children into facilities. All children and staff must have their temperature taken before being admitted.
Banquet halls and catering centers will also be able to resume work at wedding receptions and select other gatherings. While wedding receptions were never explicitly prohibited by Gov. Mike DeWine, health orders restricted gatherings to groups of 10 or less.
