Deadly Shooting Inside Cleveland McDonald's
A security guard pepper sprayed and shot a man that charged at him on Tuesday night, police said.

CLEVELAND — One person is dead after a deadly shooting at a McDonald's in Cleveland on Tuesday night, police said.
According to Cleveland police, an unruly 32-year-old attacked a security guard at the McDonald's at 15110 St. Clair Avenue. The man then left the restaurant, but returned later with another person.
The returning man began threatening other patrons inside the McDonald's, police said. When the man charged at the security guard, the guard pepper sprayed him and then fired his gun at him one time.

The man ran out of the McDonald's and then collapsed outside. When police arrived at approximately 8:45 p.m., they found the 32-year-old on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead on the scene, police said.
The incident is being investigated by Cleveland Police's Homicide Unit and the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office. Investigators have not yet identified the man that was shot and killed.
