  1. Drugged drivers are on the rise in Cleveland and Ohio, according to state troopers. In a report issued by OSHP statistics, Ohio State Highway Patrol made approximately 111,633 drug-related driving arrests from 2017 to 2021. The drugs involved in the cases could include marijuana, narcotics, or various prescription drugs in addition to alcohol. (Cleveland 19 News)
  2. City officials are emphasizing the importance of the NBA All-Star Weekend games taking place across Cleveland. The games bring in roughly $100 million in outside spending to the city through tourism expenses. The games will also be aired in over two hundred countries and Cleveland will be on full display.   3. The Cleveland Police Department is investigating an accident that resulted in three individuals being transported to local hospitals.
