Flash Flood Warning Issued For Cuyahoga County
Much of Cuyahoga County is under a flash flood warning on Wednesday morning.
CLEVELAND — Cuyahoga County is under a flash flood warning until 10 a.m. on Wednesday.
The National Weather Service spotted thunderstorms moving into the county at 5 a.m. The storms could produce between 1 and 2 inches of rain in some areas, the agency predicted.
Parts of the county should expect "Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other drainage and low lying areas."

The following cities could specifically experience flooding on Wednesday morning:
- Cleveland,
- Parma,
- Lakewood,
- Euclid,
- Cleveland Heights,
- Strongsville,
- Westlake,
- North Royalton,
- North Ridgeville,
- Solon,
- Avon Lake,
- Warrensville Heights,
- Highland Hills,
- North Olmsted,
- Garfield Heights,
- Shaker Heights,
- Maple Heights,
- South Euclid,
- Avon and
- Parma Heights
"Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area," the National Weather Service said.
