  3. Twin 9-year-olds died in a house fire that sent five adults and three children to the hospital on Sunday, officials with the Cleveland Fire Department said. The fire was reported at 12:30 a.m. in the 1400 block of West 54th Street in a multi-unit home that had no working smoke detectors; it is not known whether the smoke detectors were working before the fire started or if they melted in the blaze.
