Fox's Chris Wallace To Moderate Presidential Debate In Cleveland
The first presidential debate between Donald Trump and Joe Biden will be held at Case Western Reserve University.

CLEVELAND — Fox News anchor Chris Wallace will moderate the first presidential debate between Donald Trump and Joe Biden.
The debate will be held at Case Western Reserve University on Sept. 29. The event will be held in the Health Education Campus' Sampson Pavilion.
The debate will last 90 minutes and will begin at 9 p.m. ET. The event will be broadcast without commercial interruption.

The first debate will be divided into six segments, each approximately 15 minutes long. Each segment will focus on a single, major topic selected Wallace. Each topic must be announced at least one week prior to the debate.
Wallace will open each segment with a question and then give each candidate two minutes to respond. Candidates will then have the chance to respond to each other. Wallace can use the rest of the time in the segment to dive deeper into the topic.

The Commission on Presidential Debates also announced moderators for the following debates:
- Vice presidential debate — Moderated by Susan Page, USA Today
- Second presidential debate — Moderated by Steve Scully, C-SPAN
- Third presidential debate — Moderated by Kristen Welker, NBC News

Each individual brings great professionalism to moderating and understands that the purpose of the 2020 debate formats is to facilitate in-depth discussion of major topics," the Commission on Presidential Debates said after announcing its chosen debate moderators.
