Fugitive Of The Week: Accused Murderer Wanted In Cleveland

CLEVELAND, OH — A 22-year-old accused of aggravated murder and robbery is the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Taskforce's fugitive of the week. James Ogletree allegedly shot and killed O'Shay Miller on April 8 in Cleveland.

The task force is offering a reward for information that leads to Ogletree's capture. The 22-year-old is wanted by both the Cleveland Police Department and the U.S. Marshals.

Cleveland Police said that Ogletree allegedly robbed and shot Miller on Sobieskie Avenue on April 8. Despite being rushed to MetroHealth, Miller would succumb to his injuries.

Ogletree is also known as "Nooder". He is a black man, standing about six feet two inches. He weighs 190 pounds.

He is known to frequent the Garden Valley Apartments and the Woodhill neighborhood of Cleveland. He is considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information on Ogletree, is asked to contact the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force at 1-866-4WANTED or text keyword WANTED and tip to 847411 (tip411). Tipsters can remain anonymous and reward money is available, police said.
