CLEVELAND — A 39-year-old man was shot in the head and killed while he was at a Cleveland gas station on St. Clair Avenue on early Monday morning. Cleveland Police said a suspect in the shooting is now in custody.
Callers began reporting that someone had been shot in the head in the parking lot of the gas station at about 2:50 a.m. EMS rushed to St. Clair, but the victim was pronounced dead on the scene.
Officers were able to get a description of both the suspect in the shooting and his vehicle. That information was then sent out on the radio, Cleveland Police said.
