Here are the top three stories today in Cleveland:
- The Major League Baseball lockout has ended and the Cleveland Guardians are on their way to Goodyear, Arizona. The team will begin Spring Training with exhibition games beginning late next week. The lockout was ended by a new collective bargaining agreement. (WKYC.com)
- A space heater caused a house fire on Friday in the Broadway-Slavic Village neighborhood. The Cleveland Division of Fire reported no injuries being sustained during the blaze on East 56th Street. The American Red Cross will be helping those who were displaced by the fire. (Cleveland 19 News)
- The Cleveland Taxpayer Assistance Center will be offering face-to-face assistance today, Mar. 12, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Visitors do not need an appointment to seek assistance at their 1240 East 9th St. location. The Center is offering tax bill information and helping resolve tax issues during the meetings. (News 5 Cleveland WEWS)
