Gunpoint Robbery Of Brinks Driver In Cleveland
While working on an ATM on St. Clair Avenue, a Brinks driver was robbed by an unidentified man.
CLEVELAND, OH — A Brinks driver was robbed at gunpoint while servicing an ATM on St. Clair Avenue on Thursday morning. Police are now asking the public for help finding the armed suspect.
The robbery happened at 10573 St. Clair at about 9 a.m. The driver was working on the ATM when an armed man got out of a pickup truck and ran towards the driver, while pointing a gun at him. The suspect grabbed the Brinks driver's bag and then sped off in his pickup truck.
Police said the pickup trucks may have been a Dodge, with silver running boards.

A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered for information leading to the suspect's identification and prosecution. Tips can be provided to the Cleveland Division of the FBI at 216-522-1400, the Cleveland Division of Police, 5th District at (216)623-2599 or Crime Stoppers. Tips can remain anonymous.
