Hofbrauhaus Lands New Chef
Executive Chef Randy Luedders brings a history with German cuisine and diverse experience.

CLEVELAND, OH - From Hofbrauhaus Cleveland: With its old-world atmosphere and deeply rooted traditions, Hofbräuhaus Cleveland is inviting the community to come experience the magic of the holidays as it introduces its new chef alongside a jam-packed calendar of events for all ages taking place throughout December.
Originally inspired by his German heritage and summers spent cooking alongside his grandmother, new Executive Chef Randy Luedders brings a strong and diverse culinary background to Hofbräuhaus, where he has already mastered the traditional Bavarian fare. With experience at a variety of clubs and resorts— both stateside and in the Bahamas—Luedders is prepared to expand on the already expansive Hofbräuhaus menu and growing on- and off-site catering business.
“With Randy’s experience, Hofbräuhaus Cleveland will be able to offer new traditional German
specialties, like Christmas duck, which is soft on the inside and perfectly crispy on the outside. It’s our version of the American Thanksgiving turkey!” said managing member Maximilian Erlmeier.

Media are invited to attend these sold-out events as a fun holiday photo opportunity.
- Dec. 24 @ 1 p.m.: Christmas Eve Hermit Club Symphony
