Huge Anti-Trump Protest Takes Over Downtown Columbus
Reports put hundreds, and maybe thousands, of protesters downtown for the march.

COLUMBUS, OH - A massive protest against President-elect Donald Trump took place last night in Columbus. Reports say somewhere between hundreds and thousands of people took place in the peaceful march. The Facebook page for the event says about 1,500 people were there.
The protest march took place between 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. On the group's Facebook page they described the event like this:
We are staging a protest at the Ohio State House tomorrow to show our dislike for Donald Trump as president! We encourage the African American Community, LBGT community, the latino/a community, Muslim, women, men and children of all ages and races to come out and take part in the peaceful protest. We will be meeting on the side walk of the state house and we will move down high street.((We do not encourage violence))
Video from the incident shows a wall of protesters marching down the street chanting, "Not my president!" over and over. They were followed by police on bicycles and flashing police SUVs. The column of protesters stretched for blocks. Watch video from the incident below:
