CLEVELAND (December XX, 2019) - The wintry fun is back with North Coast Harbor’s 6th Annual Ice Fest on Monday, January 20, 2020, from 10 am to 5 pm. This event is FREE and open to the public, hosted by City of Cleveland and Downtown Cleveland Alliance as part of Cleveland’s MLK Jr. Day Celebration. It will take place along the pier and inner harbor from Nuevo Cleveland to Great Lakes Science Center.

Come see live carving demos, enjoy character meet & greets, slide down the North Coast Harbor Ice Slide, warm up with FREE hot cocoa, cookies & kids crafts at Nuevo Cleveland and view 30+ ice creations from world renowned ice carvers! This year the carvers are channeling a galaxy far far away showcasing popular Star Wars characters. Guests of all ages are sure to enjoy the family friendly day at North Coast Harbor. The exhibit and museums open at 10:00AM, schedule of events include:

· Cleveland Monster’s slap shot hockey & Swag! | 11AM-5PM (Nuevo Cleveland while supplies last)

· Roaming Character Meet & Greet | 11:00AM – 12:00PM

· Snowman Meet & Greet | 12:00PM- 1:00PM

· Snow Sisters Meet & Greet | 1:00PM to 2:00PM (Nuevo Cleveland)

· FREE Hot Chocolate, Cookies & Kids Crafts | 11:00AM-5:00PM (Nuevo Cleveland while supplies last)

· Carving demos 11AM, 12PM, 1PM, 2PM, 3PM & 4PM (Great Lakes Science Center)

· Ice Carving Happy Hour | 5PM (Nuevo Cleveland)
