Kids Music Day Comes To Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame

Kids can try a bevy of musical instruments including guitars, ukuleles and percussion instruments at the free celebration.

CLEVELAND — The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame will celebrate music by kids on October 5. Children that attend the museum that day will be able to play guitars, ukuleles, keyboards and dozens of percussion instruments.

The free event will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, October 5. The festivities will be held on Level 0 at the Rock Hall. A separate ticket will need to be purchased for tours of the exhibits. However, museum admission will be free for Rock Hall Members and Cleveland residents.

Kids Music Day is being supported by School of Rock locations in Northeast Ohio, including sites in Highland Heights, Strongsville and Cleveland West. The celebration will also be recognized nationally, with celebrities like Jack Black and Julie Andrews supporting the movement.
