Koinonia Kicks-off Virginia Great Outdoors Getaway Raffle
Raffle Benefits Quality of Life for People with Developmental Disabilities
Koinonia Homes, a leading provider of day programs, residential and employment services for individuals with developmental disabilities, is raffling off a vacation stay in the pristine wilderness of Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley. The raffle winner will be awarded an 8-day/7-night cabin getaway at the Shenandoah Crossing resort located on peaceful Lake Izac. All proceeds will support adults with developmental disabilities to help them achieve healthy, fulfilling and enriched lives within the community.
The Virginia Great Outdoors Getaway Raffle prize package includes a week-long tranquil retreat at one of region’s most desirable resorts, a week-long Enterprise rental car, and a $500 Visa gift card. The prize winner and guests will stay in a deluxe cabin with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms – perfect for a family or small group.
Guests will enjoy Shenandoah Crossing’s more than 1,000 acres to fish, hike, bike and horseback ride. Bonfires and haunted walking trails are sure to give hours of fun to families. The resort is fully-equipped with amenities including a general store, fitness facility, sports courts, equipment rentals, and an arcade for the kid in all of us.

Individual raffle tickets can be purchased for $100 on the Koinonia raffle website. Only 100 tickets will be sold to increase the odds for ticket holders. The drawing will be held at Koinonia headquarters and broadcast on Facebook Live on, or before, March 27, 2018. Winner does not have to be present at the drawing to win; they will be notified via phone and email.
