Lauren Alaina partners with Ply Gem to restore homes in Cleveland
The rising country music star will take part in Ply Gem's Home for Good Project, transforming five homes in the Cleveland area this summer

Ply Gem, a leader in exterior building products, in partnership with rising country star Lauren Alaina, will bring the company’s Home for Good project to Cleveland, transforming five homes in the local area between July 23 – July 31. The news was announced recently during the CMA Fest event in Nashville, Tennessee.
In partnership with Lauren Alaina and in support of Habitat for Humanity®, Ply Gem is helping to restore five homes in the greater Cleveland - District 4 area to help families achieve decent, affordable home ownership. Since 2013, the city has seen more than 7,000 abandoned homes, resulting in a concerted effort to revitalize homes left behind vs. building new ones. This approach keeps costs down and will allow twice the number of families to be positively impacted, as well as increase neighborhood values and help create safer areas throughout the city. The Cleveland build is part of the nationwide Home For Good™ project, a campaign that has helped hundreds of families across the U.S. achieve the dream of home ownership.
Led by Ply Gem Building Product — in support of Habitat for Humanity — the Home For Good project is a multi-year mission to help make affordable homeownership a reality for families in need. Since 2016, Ply Gem has donated over $1.8M in products and helped to build 450 homes in more than 70 communities across the U.S.
