Local Toastmasters Club Celebrates Members and Officers

Independently Speaking celebrates previous year's success

The Independently Speaking Club – a local Toastmasters Club based in Seven Hills, OH held a special event on July 28, 2017 to pay tribute to club members and their past club officers. The club first honored the tenure of every member in the club. They then highlighted the accomplishments of the past leadership team. Finally the inducted their new members and installed their new officers. Newly elected President John Kavouras thanked the previous leadership for their excellent work and challenged his new leadership team to “raise the bar” higher this year.

Independently Speaking was established in 1989 and is a part of District 10 Toastmasters which covers Northeast Ohio. The club meets every Friday at DeVry University (Room 114) from 12 noon to 1pm.
