Majestic Steel Acquires Titan Metal Service Assets
The Cleveland-based company said it is looking to expand its footprint in the Southeast U.S.
From Majestic Steel: Majestic Steel USA, Inc. ("Majestic"), a leading steel service center, announced today it has completed the acquisition of the business assets of Titan Metal Service, Inc. ("Titan"), a Tampa, Florida based steel service center and processor.
This strategic acquisition represents a significant step in Majestic's strategy to expand its business in the coated flat-rolled market. The addition of Titan enables Majestic to increase its presence and reach in the Southeast, particularly the growing Florida market.
