CLEVELAND — The man that drove his ATV onto I-480 and then led police on a strange car chase last week has been identified and taken into custody, the Ohio State Highway Patrol said.

Albert Kelley, 30, of Cleveland, has been charged with misdemeanor failure to comply and operating an ATV on a public highway. After releasing footage of the car chase, investigators received an outpouring of tips from the community and identified Kelley.

The chase happened March 20 in the afternoon. A patrolling trooper spotted a green Kawasaki ATV pulling onto I-480 west. The trooper tried to stop the ATV, but the driver refused to stop, leading law enforcement on a short pursuit, the Ohio State Highway Patrol said.
