Here are the top stories today in Cleveland:

  1. A man died nearly two weeks after being shot at a gas station in Cleveland's Mount Pleasant neighborhood. Police just released information that the 43-year-old man was shot Oct. 10 at the Hanini Petroleum gas station near East 116th Street and Union Avenue. He was taken to University Hospitals, where he died Oct. 22. It's unclear why the homicide unit was notified more than two weeks after the man died. (cleveland.com)
  2. About 60 protestors and advocates marched through downtown Cleveland on Tuesday to demand authorities re-open investigations into the fatal police shooting of Tamir Rice ahead of the seventh anniversary of the 12-year-old boy's death. Advocates, including Tamir's mother, Samaria, spoke outside the Justice Center and called for Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael O'Malley to re-open the investigation into Tamir's death. A Cleveland police officer fatally shot Tamir on Nov. 22, 2014, outside a rec center on the city's West Side. (cleveland.com)
