Ohio City Bank Robbed On Friday

The FBI is asking the public for help identifying and apprehending the suspect.

CLEVELAND - The FBI is asking the public for help identifying a man that robbed an Ohio City bank on Friday.

The suspect stole cash from the Ohio Savings Bank on W. 25th Street. The man did not show a gun during the robbery, but he kept his hand inside his jacket while talking to a teller, indicating he might have a weapon.

The FBI said the suspect is an elderly black man, standing about 6 feet tall, with a scruffy beard. He was wearing a blue suit coat, a blue and white Cleveland Indians hat and glasses. He was last seen walking north on W. 25th.

Tips on the man's identity can be provided to the Cleveland Division of the FBI, Cleveland Division of Police or Crime Stoppers.
