Ohio Extends Social Distancing Order Through July 1
Private gatherings should still be limited to 10 people or less, according to a health order.

COLUMBUS, OH — Ohio has extended its social distancing guidelines through at least July 1, according to new health order.
"The sacrifices and incredible efforts that Ohioans have undertaken, make it possible to begin to lift the mandatory requirements and restrictions that were needed during the initial phase of the COVID-19 pandemic," said the health order signed by Dr. Amy Acton, the director of the Ohio Department of Health.
Limits on private gatherings — barring meet-ups of 10 or more people — are still prohibited in Ohio, though wedding receptions can move forward (with a maximum guest list of 300 people). Religious gatherings are also not impacted by this rule.
