Fleischer sexually assaulted the girl in June 2011 and created an image of the act, according to court documents. He also received and sent out multiple images of children engaged in sexually explicit conduct, the court documents said.
Fleischer was investigated by FBI Task Force Officer Brenda Golec. He was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Carol Skutnik.
