This Is Ohio's Most Popular Halloween Candy

October is synonymous with many things, including candy. If you didn’t get your Halloween candy on sale after last year’s festivities, now is the time to start stocking up for trick-or-treaters that will show up at your door on Oct. 31.

As for what type of candy you want to dole out, Ohio trick-or-treaters do appear to have a favorite.

CandyStore.com, a bulk candy delivering service, gathered 11 years of data to determine the three most popular Halloween candies in each state. The company says its results also depended on candy manufacturers and distributors to help verify its conclusions.

In Ohio, the most popular candy is M&M's. Coming in second was Blow Pops and Starburst claimed the third spot, per CandyStore.com. For what it's worth, our bizarre northern neighbors, Michigan, said their favorite Halloween treat was candy corn...something is very wrong with people in Michigan.
