Parking Restrictions For Jay-Z/Beyonce Concert
Police are asking concert goers to be picked up on Lakeside, between E. 9th and W. 3rd.

CLEVELAND, OH — With Beyonce and Jay-Z coming to town on Wednesday night, the city of Cleveland is rolling out parking restrictions in anticipation of a major crowd.
From 4 p.m. to 1 a.m., there will be no parking on both sides of E. 9th, from Route 2 to Carnegie. Lakeside Avenue will also be closed from E. 9th to W. 6th, on both sides of the road. Finally, W. 3rd, from Erieside to W. Superior, will be closed from 4 p.m. to 1 a.m.
There will also be no parking from 3 p.m. to 1 a.m. on both sides of Erieside from E. 9th around FirstEnergy Stadium, to W. 3rd. At the end of the concert, E. 9th will be closed at Lakeside and W. 3rd will be closed at Lakeside.

No one will be allowed to wait outside the stadium at the end of the concert, police said. Pickups after the concert should be done on Lakeside, between E. 9th and W. 3rd.
