CLEVELAND — A Cleveland police officer was shot during a standoff on the city's east side on Monday morning.
The officer was shot in the arm, according to Fox 8. Police were in a standoff with a person on E. 81st Street.
Four people were led out of a house in handcuffs after the standoff, according to News 5.
