Rainy, Cool Start To August In Northeast Ohio: Forecast
The first full week of August will begin with showers and cool temperatures.
CLEVELAND — The first days of August will feature showers and cool summer temperatures, according to current forecasts.
Rain is likely on Monday evening and early Tuesday, forecasts show.
Forecasts show a 60 percent chance of rain on Monday. There's a 20 percent chance of thunderstorms forming on Monday evening and early Tuesday morning.

Scattered thunderstorms could form during the day on Tuesday, before giving way to an overcast evening.
During these early showers, temperatures are unlikely to climb above 80 degrees, forecasts show. For much of the work week, highs will hover at about 75 degrees. Overnight lows could see temperatures drop into the high 50s.

Northeast Ohio should see a dry up starting Wednesday night and continuing into the weekend, according to the National Weather Service. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday should be overcast, but are unlikely to produce rain.
