Rifle Used In Deadly Shooting In Euclid-Green Neighborhood
Cleveland Police are investigating the death of a 27-year-old man that was shot in the chest.

CLEVELAND, OH — A 27-year-old Cleveland man was shot to death on Tuesday night. A rifle may have been used to kill the man, according to Cleveland Police.
At about 9:50 p.m., police were called to the area of Euclid Avenue and Torbenson Drive for reports of a shooting. When officers arrived, the 27-year-old had died from his injuries. His body was found inside the car he had been driving in.
After an investigation, police learned that the 27-year-old had been in an argument with another person parked in the same area, outside of the Green Lite Beverage Store. When the 27-year-old started to drive out of the parking lot, the suspect shot a rifle at his car. The 27-year-old was shot in the chest.

The 27-year-old still managed to pull out of the parking lot, but his car eventually rolled to a stop at 17725 Euclid Avenue, where he was later found dead.
Homicide and the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office were notified by officers.
