Scene75 Entertainment Center Celebrates First Birthday

What if the cure for cancer could be found in a game of mini-golf? At Scene75 Entertainment Center, that could just be the case.

On Saturday, August 25 the Cleveland location of Scene75, located in Brunswick on Center Road, is partnering with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) to celebrate its first birthday. The best part about this birthday party – no gifts required! Scene75 Entertainment Center is donating $1 of every mini-golf game played to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Northern Ohio. Collection boxes will also be on-site for guests who would like to make a general donation.

Scene75 Entertainment Center is a first-time sponsor of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Student Series program, a science-based philanthropy program that runs in K-12 schools across the country.

“Scene75 and Student Series formed an amazing partnership this summer,” said Daryl Rakosy, Senior Director of Student Series, “They are dedicated to not only bringing fun into their community, but bringing about change as well. Partnering with us on their first birthday proves just how dedicated to the cause they are.”

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society invited “Honored Heroes”, former patients who are now in remission and use LLS as a channel to tell and honor their story, to the party. Kids from age five to nine will be in attendance from LLS, getting a chance to see the community come together to celebrate a fight they fought and won!

“I'm so excited, not only for this partnership – but for the Honored Heroes to see Scene75! It is such a fun place for kids and families and I love that Scene75 was so eager to provide our families with a fun day of memories,” said Erin Zaranec, Campaign Manager for Student Series.
