Shooting Victim Killed At Cleveland Library Identified
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office identified the 19-year-old found shot in a public bathroom.

CLEVELAND — Brandon Cutnoe has been identified as the 19-year-old shot and killed Tuesday inside the South Brooklyn Branch of the Cleveland Public Library system. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office said Cutnoe was found inside the public bathroom at the library.
Callers reported that a man had been shot inside the branch at about 6:10 p.m. Officers rushed to the Pearl Road library and found Cutnoe inside the bathroom. He had multiple gunshot wounds, police said.
Officers and EMS gave the 19-year-old first aid and then took him to MetroHealth Parma Medical Center. He later succumbed to his injuries and died, police said.

Investigators believe Cutnoe and another person met at the library and then got into a fight. During the scuffle, several shots were fired by the suspect. The suspect then ran out of the library.
Cutnoe was later found inside the branch, police said.

The Cleveland police homicide unit and the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office are both taking part in the investigation.
The South Brooklyn Library Branch was closed on Wednesday and re-opened to the public on Thursday. The Cleveland Public Library arranged to two trauma loss counselors to be at the branch on Thursday at 3 p.m.
