Showers, Thunderstorms Possible This Week In Northeast Ohio
Current forecasts show a chance of rain and storms early in the week.
CLEVELAND — Showers and thunderstorms could form in Northeast Ohio this week.
Current forecasts show a 50 percent chance of rain on Tuesday. Showers are most likely after 11 a.m., the National Weather Service said. Those showers could produce thunderstorms in some areas.
The storms could lead to a temporary cool down of temperatures. Forecasts show highs in the 90s on Monday. After the rain on Tuesday, highs will dip into the mid-80s, the National Weather Service predicted.

Following Tuesday's showers, Northeast Ohio should see an extended stretch of sunny, dry days. Wednesday and Thursday have almost no chance of seeing rain, the National Weather Service said, and Friday has a slim chance of showers overnight.
