'Smallville' Stars Coming To Cleveland Wizard World
Actors Tom Welling and Michael Rosenbaum will both take part in the March convention.

CLEVELAND — Superman is coming back to Cleveland. Well, sort of.
"Smallville" actors Tom Welling (who played Superman) and Michael Rosenbaum (who played Lex Luthor) have both been announced as celebrity guests at this year's Wizard World Cleveland convention.
Of note, Welling was also a star of the Cleveland-based NFL drama "Draft Day." He played the quarterback of the Cleveland Browns.

Welling and Rosenbaum will be joined by a cadre of stars including: Sean Astin, Chad Michael Murray, Matt Ryan, and the "Charmed" trio of Holly Marie Combs, Brian Krause, and Drew Fuller. Butch Patrick, from "The Munsters," and Thomas Ian Nicholas, from "American Pie," will also be at the show.
The Wizard World conventions are a national phenomenon that bring together fans of comic books, science fiction, movies, television, gaming, toys, and more. There is also the famous Wizard World Costume Contest — for attendees dressed as every imaginable character from pop culture lore. This is the third straight year the event has come to the gem of Lake Erie.

This year's show will be held March 8-10. Kids 10 and under are admitted free, as long as they're accompanied by a paid adults. The costume contest will be held on Saturday.
