Snow Turns to Rain in Cleveland as Storm Moves East
A mushy snow/rain combination fell for most of the morning. Now the precipitation is almost all rain.

CLEVELAND, OH - The National Weather Service is advising Northeast Ohioans that the light snowfalls that came down this morning have subsided and we can expect rain showers from here on out. Wind gusts have been reported at 30 miles per hour.
The NWS says that temperatures in the eastern portion of the state are actually warmer than the western half, which has lent itself to the snow becoming rain. By afternoon, the storm, which is moving east, should be completely composed of rain.
There are currently scatter power outages throughout the region. FirstEnergy is reporting that up to 20 customers in Lakewood could be without power. Nearly 100 Avon residents are in the dark at the moment, and there are more outages throughout the region.

If you're currently with power, make sure you charge any electronics you may need in an outage. Also, don't place any candles near flammable objects.
