Son Goes Missing After Father's Disappearance In Cleveland

Police said the man left a note reading, "I love y'all, I have to go to heaven to be with my dad."

CLEVELAND, OH — The son of a missing Cleveland man has disappeared. Todd Morrison left a note saying, "I love y'all, I have to go to heaven to be with my dad." Family members are worried he may be a threat to himself.

Morrison's father, Donald, went missing on Thursday. The 83-year-old has dementia and was last seen by family in the 13100 block of Puritas Avenue.

A family member told police she overheard Todd say that he "couldn't live" without his father. He was last heard from at about 8 a.m. on Friday when someone spoke to Todd via a landline.

Todd is 56 years old, stands about five feet six inches high, and weighs approximately 180 pounds. He has black dreadlocks and a mustache, according to police records. He has brown eyes. He was last seen wearing dark pants and a white shirt.

Morrison's father five feet three inches tall, about 140 pounds and makes use of a cane.
