St. Clair Shooting: 1 Dead, 1 Hurt
A 26-year-old was killed in a drive-by shooting on early Wednesday morning in Cleveland.
CLEVELAND — Two men were shot on St. Clair Avenue on early Tuesday, Cleveland police announced.
The men were taken to Euclid Hospital at 12:30 a.m. with gunshot wounds. When police arrived at the hospitals they learned one of the men, a 26-year-old, had died.
Investigators believe the two hospitalized men, and a third man, were in a car on St. Clair when another vehicle pulled up next to them. Gunfire was directed at the trio's car and the other vehicle then sped away.

The 26-year-old was shot in the leg, back and torso. The second man was shot in the hand. The third person in the car was unharmed, police said.
While police were at the hospital, a fight broke out in the waiting area. Officers believe the fight was connected to the shooting. Euclid Hospital had to be briefly locked down because of the fight.

The shooting is still under investigation, police said. No arrests have yet been made.
