Cleveland, Ohio – StoneWater (One Club Drive, Highland Heights, Ohio) is offering Kids a five-week Cooking Camp Saturdays, October 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31 from 9:30am-11: 30am for children ages 6-12. The cost for the five-week session is $250 per child and will be led by Betty Buns & StoneWater staff.

“With the popularity of our summer cooking camp and kids activities still limited we’ve decided to run a fall cooking camp series with all new recipes every Saturday morning in October,” said Whitney Neidus, General Manager for StoneWater. “We believe it important to introduce kids at an early age to the creative and educational benefits offered in the culinary world. Cooking can help young kids learn and practice some basic math concepts, build language skills, explore chemistry, lay the foundation for healthy eating habits and build their self-confidence.”

Run by children’s cooking sensation “Betty Buns” and our StoneWater team members, participants will learn all the basics of cooking and essential kitchen skills in this fun camp! Each week, kids will prepare different recipes, giving each child a variety of foods to experience. In addition to cooking, kids will also customize their own chef’s apron and bring home a recipe book for the whole family to enjoy each week. Parents are welcome to stay and wait in the Rustic Grill or drop the kids off and take advantage of a few hours of free time.

Safety Protocols:
In addition to a week of fun, the health and safety of all campers and staff is our top
priority. Each child will have their own workstation and each will have all of their own set of equipment and tools sanitized each week. If requested we can arrange for siblings to share a table. . All CDC and government guidelines will be strictly followed. All staff will have masks on for the duration of the class.
