Sunny, Summer Week In Store For Northeast Ohio: Forecast

There's little chance of rain this week in Northeast Ohio. But temperatures will remain cool.

CLEVELAND — After a stormy weekend, Northeast Ohioans are set for a sunny, dry week.

There's little chance of rain throughout the work week, according to forecasts from the National Weather Service. Partly cloudy skies will even dissipate by the end of the week, leaving only blue skies and bright sunshine in their wake.

Winds will blow slow and calm throughout the week. Wednesday may have the best breeze, with winds topping out at 10 mph on that day.

After rain cooled temperatures over the weekend, the work week will remain temperate. Highs will rarely break the 80-degree mark, while lows could drop into the 50s overnight.

Tuesday and Wednesday could be particularly cold overnight, with lows of 58 and 59 degrees expected overnight on those days.

Things will gradually begin to warm up as the week proceeds. Friday could see a high in the mid-80s, presaging a more turbulent summer weekend.
