  1. A Cleveland teen changed his plea to guilty in connection to the chase that ended in a crash killing a 13-year-old girl. D'Shaun McNear pled guilty to involuntary manslaughter, aggravated robbery, failure to comply, possessing weapons under disability, and aggravated vehicular assault. The 16-year-old was tried as an adult for driving a stolen car during a police pursuit and faces a 15- to 58-year prison sentence. (Cleveland 19 News)
  2. The victim of a double shooting on Cleveland's East Side has been identified. 35-year-old Diontaw D. Wallace was found dead at the scene, and a 33-year-old woman was taken to the hospital in critical condition. Police are still investigating. (Cleveland 19 News)
  3. University Hospitals reduced inpatient beds and restructured staff due to the COVID-19 pandemic and staffing shortages. (WJW FOX 8 News Cleveland)
  4. The Ohio minimum wage will increase to $9.30 per hour for non-tipped employees and $4.65 for tipped employees. (News 5 Cleveland)
