Tour Bus Hits, Kills Pedestrian In Cleveland
Police said the accident happened on Superior Avenue at about 12:40 p.m.

CLEVELAND — An elderly man was killed Monday afternoon when he was hit by a tour bus on Superior Avenue. The man was pronounced dead at the scene, Cleveland Police said.
The driver of the tour bus did not show signs of impairment, according to a police spokesperson. The driver has not been arrested, but the incident is still being investigated.
Officers are examining evidence from the accident, including video.

Cleveland Police believe the area of the accident, Superior and E. 9th Street, will be cleared prior to rush hour.
