Vice President Mike Pence Visiting Cleveland Wednesday

The vice president will visit with small business owners in Cleveland and Bedford during his visit and discuss repealing Obamacare.

CLEVELAND, OH — Vice President Mike Pence will visit Cleveland on Wednesday. During his trip, he plans to meet with small business owners in both Cleveland and Bedford. The vice president will arrive and depart from Burke Lakefront Airport.

During his short trip, Pence plans to Tendon Manufacturing, 20805 Aurora Rd. in Bedford. Tendon is a sheet metal manufacturing shop that was founded in 1988. Pence will deliver a speech at the shop at about 4:45 p.m.

Small business owners and employees from around the region will be invited to attend the session at Tendon. Pence is expected to discuss President Donald Trump's economic agenda and the administration's goal of repealing and replacing Obamacare.

Pence has been travelling to cities throughout the so-called Rust Belt to discuss repealing Obamacare. On June 10, he spoke in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to a similar gathering of small business owners. He was joined on-stage at that event by Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker.

Given the turbulent history between the current administration and Ohio Governor John Kasich, it's far less likely Buckeye Staters will see the state's top political official join his colleague for the event.
