Here are the top stories today in Cleveland:

1. The KeyBank Foundation and The Cleveland Clinic Foundation announced grants to address systemic poverty and prevent lead poisoning in Cleveland. The Clinic is donating $2.5 million to The Lead Safe Cleveland Coalition, which was designed to help rid the Cleveland area of lead poisoning. Nearly 67 percent of all the housing units built before 1980 throughout Ohio contain lead-based hazards. (cleveland.com)
2. The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority has announced a suspension of the Waterfront Line service indefinitely, just ahead of the start of the Browns season. The RTA has planned to resume service this summer but discovered problems with a bridge in the Flats. The closing means Browns fans will have to get off at Tower City and walk the half-mile north to the stadium. (cleveland.com)
3. One person is dead and a 66-year-old man is hospitalized after a fire in Cleveland's West Boulevard neighborhood on Denison Avenue. (cleveland.com)
