May’s Keg Tapping Celebration Is Here!
We’re welcoming spring with the tapping of Maibock, Munich’s original May Bock dating back to 1614. Rich, malty, slightly sweet, and brewed for biergarten season — it’s the perfect spring pour.
We’re pairing it with a classic Beef Roulade dinner: thinly sliced beef brushed with mustard, filled with sautéed onions, bacon, and gherkin pickles, then topped with hearty gravy and served with mashed potatoes and chef’s vegetables.
Live music with Mike Farrenkopf starts at 6 PM, followed by our lively keg tapping parade at 7 PM. We'll also have a few fun prizes to give away, too!
