Our newest seasonal bier has arrived: Sommer Weizen — a bright, amber‑hued hefeweizen that’s less sweet, beautifully balanced, and full of bready character. You’ll still catch those classic banana‑and‑clove notes, now lifted with a touch of citrus. It’s summer in a stein.
Pair it with our BBQ Pork Sandwich — hand‑pulled pork drenched in Dunkel Bourbon BBQ sauce, topped with onion frizzles, and served with crispy sweet potato fries. The perfect match.
The party starts with live music from Mike Farrenkopf and Squeezin' & Wheezin' at 6PM, followed by our keg‑tapping parade at 7PM.
