Tanger Outlets Columbus announces the newest addition to its management team, appointing Kristen Baldinger as Marketing Director for the open-air shopping destination in Delaware County.
In her new role, Baldinger will oversee all marketing, public relations and community engagement efforts for Tanger Columbus. She will be responsible for driving traffic and sales through strategic campaigns, partnerships and on-site programming while enhancing the overall guest experience.

Baldinger is a marketing leader with more than 13 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate marketing. Prior to joining Tanger Columbus, she served as Marketing Director for The Slate Group in Jacksonville, Florida, where she led brand strategy, digital marketing, content creation, events, and community engagement initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held marketing roles with CBRE and Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), supporting high-profile commercial real estate projects throughout Central Ohio. Baldinger earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication with a focus on media and video production from Ohio University's Scripps College of Communication. She brings a passion for storytelling, community partnerships and creating memorable experiences that connect consumers with brands they love.
A Central Ohio native, Baldinger grew up in Dublin and is excited to return home to join the Tanger team. Her connection to outlet retail began at a young age, when her father owned a cinnamon roll franchise at a local outlet center, giving her an early introduction to the shopping experience and sparking a lifelong appreciation for retail destinations and the communities they serve.
