Tanger Outlets Columbus Launches “Back to Play” Sneaker Recycling Initiative, Sept. 20

Tanger Outlets Columbus invites the community to recycle old footwear of any kind, size or condition on Sept. 20 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Guests can drop off shoes at the donation box under the Tanger tent near Nike. The collected footwear will be repurposed into raw materials for future soft-play surfaces at Tanger Columbus and throughout the community, helping divert shoe waste from landfills. The event is free and open to the public. While shoppers are clearing out their old footwear, they can also shop deals on new styles during Tanger’s Semi-Annual Sale throughout September, featuring top brands including Adidas, Crocs, Gap, J. Crew, Levi’s, Polo Raph Lauren and more.
