Melanie joined Kaiser Consulting in 2014 as an accounting consultant and currently serves as the firm’s business development manager since being promoted in 2016. A dynamic and versatile leader with core finance and accounting expertise, she has 25+ years of experience serving international clients in diverse business environments across numerous industries. Melanie has a talent for leading organizations through successful change by motivating teams, improving processes, and reducing costs.

In her business development role, Melanie is a trusted advisor to current and prospective clients alike. She has a keen ability to assess clients’ business needs, provide tailored accounting, finance, and information technology solutions, and alleviate pain points—allowing clients to focus on their central mission and key operational activities.

Twice a summa cum laude graduate, Melanie holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Wright State University and a master’s degree in international finance from the University of Dayton. She is a member of the Women for Economic Leadership and Development Columbus Chapter and the Central Ohio Association of Finance Professionals.
